Endure…Evolve…Excel…the three Es of maturing in life and in business. In life and in business, the network marketer goes through stages. Nobody starts off knowing everything about the business they have chosen to pursue. They must constantly learn and try new things to see what works and what doesn’t work. They must continue doing what’s necessary in order to get better for the people they’re serving.
1. Endure – to remain in existence; to last. Many network marketers don’t make it a full year. Soon after they get started, they discover that they have to do some real work. Also, once they learn that their upline didn’t quite tell them the truth about the challenges they might face, they quit.
2. Evolve – to develop gradually, especially from simple to more complex. For example, at first a baby can only lay on his front or backside. However, after a few weeks he’s able to roll over and hold his head up. Not long after that, he can sit up. Like a newborn baby, the new network marketer starts off learning how to find leads (prospecting), then how to connect with leads, and finally how to close leads.
3. Excel – to be exceptionally good at or proficient in an activity or subject.
Most, if not all, 6 and 7 figure earners excel in marketing, online and offline. They understand the importance of serving the marketplace with valuable content and giving examples of what to do to grow one’s business. With the use of blogging, videos, and webinars, they all excel in serving their target market.
In network marketing, in order to be successful you must endure, evolve, and excel!
