I may not know everything it takes to get the job done, but I do not have to know! I have people who work with me who do know, that’s called The Power Of The Team! A smart person knows that to succeed, you have to surround yourself with people who are smarter than you. I don’t remember where I first heard this quote, “If you’re the smartest person in the room, you are in the wrong room,” but I quickly learned it’s true. With The Power Of The Team, you all can work together to better each other and make sure you are putting out the best product.
Do all the people on the team need to be alike?
No!! That would be a big mistake! If everyone is just alike, how can your team grow mentally with no one to question each other’s thoughts? Different personalities and ideas will help you come up with great plans to help you serve your audience.

I think everyone on the team should maximize their unique talents. You, as the leader, should encourage and help your team members find the area that they can best contribute to the success of the team.
Everyone will not be a good fit for your team!
Not every person who wants to join your team will see your vision, so be careful! A person may have their own agenda and throw your team off focus.
Why are team meetings important?
Team meetings are a great way to teach team members new skills and to inform everyone on new technology that can make the goal easier to attain. This is also the time for team members to voice their opinions and concerns.
